From start to finish: our best practice for online marketing collaboration

Updated: Aug 15, 2023

When we acquire a new client, we often hear from them, "What will our collaboration actually look like? What exactly will you be doing?"

How do we see ourselves? As your first and only stop in the field of online marketing. Whatever stage of business you're in, from setting up an E-shop to expanding abroad, we'll take complete care of your online marketing. We will save you mainly the time and complications associated with coordinating multiple partners.

In this article, we will summarize everything from the first conversation to achieving the goals set by you, and the follow-up care to ensure that the goals are maintained in the long term.

First non-bindingconsultation (a fewminutes)

Dedicated to a quick introduction - let's call to discuss your business and products or services. We'll talk about what specifically we could help you with and what the process would roughly look like. The goal of this consultation is to see if the collaboration makes sense for both parties. Each client is unique and although usually need to increase sales and/or profitability, the paths to success are different and we always tailor our tactics. Our clients include those who are commercially successful and looking for new employees - to these, we successfully offer HR marketing, which we can use to reach suitable candidates who are not yet actively looking for a job change.

We will outline how much it would cost. Let's be clear up front that you don't need to worry. It is possible to work with a smaller budget, it will just limit the scope of our activities and investment in advertising accounts. We'll try out the collaboration, and we'll almost certainly find room to expand it later.

Strategicdiscussion (halfanhour, longerifwelike)

We can meet in person or call online. We'll learn about your business, products or services, target audiences, and competitors. We'll look at the functionality of your website and discuss business goals. This will help us understand the strengths and weaknesses of your business and its opportunities. We'll ask lots of questions and listen carefully.

We will learn about your past online marketing activities and their results. We're happy for you to share marketing and analytics accounts with us beforehand (we're happy to advise or help) so we can get an idea and be productive for the discussion. We'll suggest specific activities we want to do for you, including time and money requirements, prioritize them, and select the ones that will be covered by your allocated budget. We will set up a collaborative process for creating and reviewing all marketing materials.

Together with you, we'll establish measurable key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with your business goals: what specifically do we need to achieve to keep you happy? This will ensure that expectations are set correctly.

We'll decide what channels and how often we'll communicate with each other. Regular smaller weekly and larger monthly activity reviews, including a report and outlook for future activities, are essential. We'll also need information about new developments, special events, or trade restrictions. We will incorporate your feedback into our future activities.

Once mutually agreed, we can start work promptly, often the same or next day. We don't waste time.

Checkingyour E-shop orwebsite, and advertisingaccounts

Our team will begin with a quick keyword analysis and site SEO check to identify any technical issues or opportunities to improve your site's non-paid search engine rankings. Keyword analysis also helps in the design of PPC ads.

Along with this, we will prepare Ad accounts and check the proper function of remarketing and conversion codes.

Setting up and runningcampaigns: PPC and social media

Content Marketing

Creating high-quality content will not only attract new potential customers but also existing ones who may repeat purchases or recommend buying from you. It can also noticeably help with SEO. Can you create good content or supply us with interesting resources to create it? We're happy to take care of publishing it and increasing its reach by promoting it, whether it's a blog post on your e-shop or website, a social media post, or a universal purpose video.

E-mail marketing

E-mail marketing is linked to content marketing, but not only to it. It allows you to reach existing and potential customers with tailor-made messages. It can be an effective way of building brand awareness, turning visitors into your customers, and customers into your enthusiastic supporters. As part of email marketing, you can also use affiliate marketing, which allows users to promote your products or services and earn commissions from you for every sale made.

The importance of e-mail marketing has increased following the introduction of legal limits on the use of third-party cookies. This has caused a deterioration in the performance of online campaigns, which lack information about past purchases to optimize them, campaigns themselves are harder to evaluate, and the building of remarketing audiences is limited. We highly recommend all of our clients start with e-mailing to help partially offset these issues.

Regular content creation is good but not necessary for e-mailing, and we can set up and manage the collection of e-mail addresses from visitors and customers, including the e-mailing itself so that it works and generates revenue when combined with other activities. One of the great tools we use is Smart Emailing and its smart automation feature.

Communication and reporting

We believe working on your online marketing is a service, and good communication is an integral part of that service. After all, we have won a number of clients thanks to the fact that they always knew what we were doing, what the results were and thus had a good overview of our cooperation.

Our marketing specialists communicate directly with "their" clients so that they always have someone to turn to. But within the agency, we work as a team – more heads know more, and we want to take every opportunity available to improve your results.

We often work for small e-shops or online services and the responsibility we have is very binding. We like to feel part of their often small team and enjoy every success, even partial ones, that we achieve together.

Are you considering expanding your online marketing activities? Or are you unsure if you have everything set up correctly? Contact us and we will discuss everything free of charge and without obligation. We'll be sure to figure out how to help you.
